We deliver within the UK, keeping our carbon foot as low as possible. We can also offer a local pick up service to customers that live nearby.

Items will be sent through Royal Mail, or through a courier. You will be updated with details of your order and the delivery. There is a flat rate fee of £4.50 per order for postage for parcels up to 2kg in weight. If your parcel requires special delivery we will check to cost for the parcel weight and let you know.

​Packaging - In some orders at the moment there will be a small amount of plastic that may have been used to protect the products. The packaging we use are made for recycled or reused cardboard and are plastic free when possible. When you receive your order please reuse as much as possible or recycle the packaging.

While visiting our website, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number and postal address ("Personal Information").

In the unlikely event you would like to return an item you are welcome to with 30 days of the purchase date. Please return it to the address on your order form with the original packaging where possible. You will receive a full refund for the item (not the postage) or an exchange, which ever is requested. You can also email info@tidedesignstudio.co.uk we will be happy to help.
